1. Overview
Welcome to Basava Organics (“Basava,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms govern your use of our website and services (collectively, “Services”), including all products, content, features, and transactions.
Our Services are powered by Shopify, which enables secure e-commerce and order management.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information or policy violations.
3. Products and Services
We strive to display our products (including organic manure, fertilizer blends, and soil conditioners) as accurately as possible.
Actual product appearance, color, and packaging may differ slightly due to device settings or supplier variation.
All Basava Organics products are manufactured and marketed in accordance with the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985, and carry mandatory batch numbers, registration details, and nutrient labels as prescribed by Indian law.
No claims of guaranteed yield or performance are made beyond scientific and statutory parameters.
4. Orders and Payments
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when Basava Organics confirms it and receives payment.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify-approved gateways; we do not store complete card details.
Prices are in INR unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and duties. Promotions or discounts may change without notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India and to selected international locations.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to customs, transport conditions, or force majeure events.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once goods are handed to the carrier.
For export orders, delivery terms and liability are governed by the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) specified in your invoice.
Basava Organics is not liable for delays arising from customs inspection or carrier issues beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All sales are final unless a product is received damaged or incorrect.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to founder@basavaorganics.com with supporting images and order details.
Approved returns are subject to inspection under Basava’s quality protocols and the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985.
Replacements or store credits will be issued once a claim is validated; cash refunds are not provided.
Basava Organics complies with applicable consumer protection laws relating to defective or misrepresented goods.
7. Pricing and Promotions
Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
If a price error occurs, Basava Organics may cancel or amend the affected order.
Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs, packaging, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Basava Organics or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any content without written authorization.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may contain links to external sites or tools operated by third parties (e.g., payment gateways or shipping trackers).
We are not responsible for their accuracy, policies, or security. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Basava Organics makes no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Agricultural results vary depending on soil, climate, and usage conditions beyond our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basava Organics and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Basava Organics, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
14. Termination
Basava Organics may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
All outstanding obligations and limitations of liability survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. International customers must ensure compliance with their local import and usage laws.
16. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
